What does Casa Nova do?
We merge innovative construction methods with sustainable technology to create a low-cost, rapidly-deployable, safe, beautiful, and permanent house. Then, we guide our partners through every step of the build process.
What makes Casa Nova different?
Unlike most modular or prefabricated house companies, we include utilities (power, water, and sewage treatment) within our Microhome design. Additionally, the Microhome is optimized for fast permitting approvals. We find efficiencies throughout the entire housing process, not just in the construction phase.
Who can live in Casa Nova’s Microhomes?
Our Microhome is a comfortable space for a single occupant, but it can house up to two people. Possible residents include previously unhoused adults, seniors, college students, low-income individuals, or young adults aging out of foster care.
Is Casa Nova the right partner for me?
